Chauffeurs are trained in hospitality-driven service standards, focusing on personalized attention, client care, and delivering an elevated experience with every ride. - Day 4: Advanced Driving Techniques
Training moves behind the wheel, where chauffeurs learn defensive and advanced driving techniques based on guidelines from the Institute of Advanced Motorists to ensure safe, efficient, and secure travel. - Day 5: Local Expertise & Final Evaluation
Chauffeurs are guided by our Service Quality Manager, Mr. Yusuf Baksi, who has been with DTLS Limousine & Travel since 1998. This day focuses on mastering key locations, points of interest, and the art of welcoming clients. Mr. Baksi makes the final decision regarding the readiness of each chauffeur.
